This is a varied generalist HR position supporting managers and employees across multiple sites. You'll play a key role in delivering proactive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle while providing practical advice on a wide range of people matters.
You'll have at least three years' experience in a generalist HR role with good employee relations knowledge and confidence managing a varied caseload. A CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable, and further study support could be provided. You'll be adaptable, approachable and able to build positive working relationships across all levels of the business. Experience supporting employee wellbeing or mental health initiatives would be advantageous.
