The role of HR Advisor is in place to develop, deliver and provide:
HR services that ensure Rennie Grove Peace attracts and retains staff and volunteers with the right skills and potential to deliver Rennie Grove Peace strategy and drive strong performance.
HR expertise to the organisation and address all associated people matters in accordance with best practice, internal compliance and legal requirements.
You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:
