? Part-Time / Job Share Opportunity - Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Role) ?

Remote, UK-Based

Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking for more flexibility without compromising on impact or earnings? We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic, collaborative team in a job share / part-time capacity - fully remote and UK-based. We are looking for someone who can work 2 or 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday OR Thursday & Friday)

About the Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take full ownership of the recruitment cycle - from winning new business to sourcing and placing top-tier candidates. You'll work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment (360): business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placement
• Building and nurturing strong client and candidate relationships
• Managing the full recruitment process with autonomy and accountability
• Collaborating closely with your job share partner or part-time team members for continuity and success

We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (sector experience flexible)
• Strong business development skills with a proactive, driven approach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
• Someone who shares our values. Proven experience in offering a high level of customer service (and is always looking at ways to improve)
• Proven accuracy skills. Strong administration skills. Someone who understands the importance of a fully administered database
