The NHS is seeking a motivated HR Advisor to join their team in Stockport. This role involves providing comprehensive HR support, managing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The position offers a flexible working environment, including hybrid options, and is fixed-term for 12 months. Ideal candidates will have a degree, CIPD membership, and generalist HR experience.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our friendly team. You will provide professional and business-focused HR support and advice to managers and will be aligned to specific Divisions, working alongside colleagues and the wider HR team. The role offers the opportunity to develop a broad generalist portfolio of HR experience in a supportive and proactive team environment. You will support and advise on a wide range of issues including sickness absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, change management, and interpretation of policies and terms and conditions of employment. This role involves flexible working, which could include working from the main office on the Stepping Hill site, community locations, and there is also the opportunity to work from home on a hybrid arrangement.
This post is fixed-term for a 12-month period.
