Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR professional to join our busy Employee Relations team. You will need substantial experience in operational Human Resources, a passion to make a difference for our NHS workforce, patients, and service users, and a drive to deliver results. You will work closely with Trust-wide leaders and operational colleagues to deliver effective people management aligned with our values and behaviours.

Working within the HR Business Partner model, you will act autonomously with limited supervision, providing professional and expert HR advice and coaching on complex issues such as attendance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, bullying and harassment, staff performance, and organizational change.

You will also support the delivery of our broader portfolio, including diversity and inclusion, recruitment, workforce planning and transformation, our Just Culture approach, and projects across the health system. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners on workforce-related projects supporting the NHS People Plan.
