An established industry player is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team in Sheffield on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This full-time role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a balance between in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, particularly within the Public Sector, and hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification. Responsibilities include providing HR support, assisting with policy development, and managing performance schemes. Sue Ross Recruitment is pleased to be working alongside their client based in Sheffield, who is looking for an HR Advisor to join their team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a full-time role (37 hours per week) with hybrid working arrangements: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The position is due to start immediately.
Requirements: Prior experience within the Public Sector is a MUST for this role, as is being qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 5.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience at an HR Advisor level, be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess an up-to-date understanding of current employment legislation and case law.
