Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to management and employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues, offering guidance and support.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
  • Conduct performance management and appraisal processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • HR-related qualifications are a plus, but not essential.
