Our leading manufacturing client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team in Nottingham.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert HR advice and support across the business, addressing a wide range of strategic, operational, and people-focused matters.

  • Supporting business leaders in executing strategies while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful organisational culture.
  • Championing HR initiatives, advocating for employees, and guiding organizational design, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Driving people strategy and processes like performance management, leadership development, and succession planning to meet business needs.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement policies and processes that support continued business growth and success.
  • Aligning HR metrics with business metrics, improving delivery to support key business initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
