Job summary

The HR Advisor role at Rogerstone Park in Newport sits within 2 Sisters Food Group, the UK's largest food manufacturing group. You will be the key HR Generalist, providing pragmatic operational HR support to site teams with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance.

You will help maintain a high-performing, safe and engaged workforce by applying HR policies consistently, supporting people processes, and delivering audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven HR experience with employee relations knowledge.
• Ability to advise and challenge managers constructively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous HR Advisor or administrator/coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Employee Relations and Absence Management queries.
• Manage end-to-end ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability) in line with policy and legislation.
• Monitor attendance, identify trends, and support managers with effective interventions.
• Support performance management, including probation reviews and improvement plans.
• Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and documentation is audit-ready.
• Maintain accurate HR data and provide reports to support decision-making.
• Build strong relationships across the site and support engagement initiatives.

About the Role

The HR Advisor at Rogerstone Park is a key HR Generalist role, providing pragmatic, operational HR support to site teams.

Key Requirements

• Previous HR Advisor or administrator/coordinator or similar experience.
• Employee Relations experience (disciplinary, grievance, absence).
• Good understanding of employment law and HR policies.
• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing experience desirable).
