Job description

HR Advisor Required – Immediate Start

Location: Hereford
Assignment: Minimum 2 months (potential for extension)
Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on all people-related matters.
  • Manage all aspects of Employee Relations (ER) including conducting hearings, drafting letters, note-taking, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Provide expert advice on staff consultations and support associated processes.
  • Stay up to date with employment legislation, implementing relevant policy changes.
  • Lead and support HR projects as required.
  • Ensure a safe working environment in line with company Health and Safety policies.
  • Undertake any other duties necessary to support the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, particularly in Employee Relations.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
