Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Advisor to join our team at one of the UK's largest food manufacturers. This hands-on, on-site role acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers, taking ownership of employee relations casework, supporting recruitment and payroll, coaching managers on HR policies, and helping drive HR initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
• Experience managing employee relations casework end-to-end.
• Experience handling disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, appeals and suspensions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience within a manufacturing, FMCG or fast-paced operational environment preferred.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with payroll-related queries and processes, ensuring information is accurate and dealt with in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all casework is appropriately documented.
• Work closely with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent and effective HR service.
• Support wider HR initiatives and projects across the site.

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Advisor to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group.

This is a varied, hands-on HR role where you'll be a key point of contact for employees and managers onsite. You'll provide day-to-day HR support while taking ownership of employee relations casework and supporting recruitment and payroll activities.
