Job summary

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting an Enterprise-grade, established business that are currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join them on a 9-month FTC. The role can be based in Peterborough, Birmingham, Bristol or Watford, with office attendance required one day per fortnight.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £45,000 and access to their fantastic benefits.

Qualifications

• Have proven experience in a similar role i.e. HR Advisor, HR Specialist
• Be able to hit the ground running
• Ability to commit to the full length of the contract

• Supporting with the employee relations cases including grievances, restructure and redundancies
• Supporting with the HR business partnering team
• Get involved with project work including OD projects, job levelling and TUPE
