Are you seeking an opportunity to be part of a supportive HR team?

We have an opportunity for an HR Advisor with generalist experience to join our client in Gateshead on a permanent basis.

What will you be doing:
  • Dealing with general HR queries and providing guidance
  • Leading Employee Relations, including investigations, grievances, and absence management
  • Recruitment, job advertising through relationships with stakeholders, and onboarding
  • Keeping employee records up to date and ensuring compliance
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are relevant and current
  • Supporting key projects and initiatives as they arise
What are they looking for:
  • A strong level of Employee Relations knowledge
  • Resourceful, problem-solving skills, and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
