  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Support managers in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Advise on performance management processes and support training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Promote a positive workplace through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Proven knowledge in a Human Resources role, ideally within industrial/manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Can commute to Hinckley
