Vinarchy UK Limited is seeking an HR Advisor to provide practical, employee-centred HR advice and support across Supply Chain and Operations. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the role emphasizes delivery and advisory work, implementing people initiatives and end-to-end lifecycle activities within Vinarchy policies and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, pragmatic HR advice to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, induction, performance management, development, engagement, wellbeing, and exits.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee relations matters, managing routine and moderately complex cases and supporting resolution in line with policy and legislation.
  • Support managers to address underperformance, conduct performance improvement processes, and manage disciplinary matters in a compliant and fair manner.
  • Support the management of grievances, investigations and ER matters, including documentation, reporting and coordination of stakeholders.
  • Support delivery of the annual performance cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration support, reporting and follow up.
  • Assist with development and delivery of training, tools and resources for people managers to build capability in core people practices.
  • Support organisational change and consultation processes, including documentation, communication, coordination of timelines and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist the Senior HR Business Partner, broader HR team and leaders with restructures, role changes and workforce initiatives in line with legislative and Company requirements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, data integrity and adherence to HR governance requirements.
  • Champion safety, wellbeing and compliance in partnership with the Health, Safety & Sustainability team.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor provides high-quality, practical and employee-centred HR advice and support to leaders and employees across Supply Chain and Operations.
The role is primarily delivery and advisory focused, supporting the implementation of people initiatives and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities within established Vinarchy policies, frameworks, Union (or equivalent) Agreements and legislative requirements. The HR Advisor operates with sound judgement and increasing autonomy, while escalating complex, sensitive or high-risk matters to the Senior HR Business Partner or HR leaders as appropriate.

As a trusted point of contact, the role builds strong working relationships with people managers and employees, supports consistent and compliant people practices, and contributes to a safe, respectful and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regular travel between operational sites and vineyards is required along with irregular travel interstate
