Vinarchy. Redefining Wine.

Established in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy is an exceptional global wine company committed to redefining wine.

Crafting extraordinary wines in Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile and the United States, and sharing them in almost every corner of the world, we are relentlessly innovative, ambitious and imaginative at every stage from grape to glass.

About the role

The Automation & AI Analyst is responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering AI-powered business improvements across Vinarchy. This role acts as the bridge between business teams and technology, turning operational challenges and opportunities into practical AI, automation, and digital solutions. The role focuses on driving measurable business value through the adoption of Generative AI, AI Agents, workflow automation, intelligent document processing, process optimisation, and Copilot-enabled productivity improvements. Rather than simply developing solutions, the AI & Automation Analyst helps shape how work gets done across the organisation by embedding automation and AI into everyday business processes.

Key responsibilities include:

AI and Automation Solution Design, Delivery and Enablement

  • Design workflows leveraging Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and emerging technologies.
  • Implement AI-assisted solutions including content generation, summarisation, classification, decision support, and workflow augmentation, supporting the full lifecycle from design and testing through to production deployment and business adoption. Recommend optimal approaches balancing speed, cost, scalability, and governance. Translate business requirements into functional designs and working solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase employee productivity through AI augmentation.
  • Monitor AI solution effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Promote responsible and ethical use of AI technologies.
  • Translate technical AI capabilities into practical business solutions that stakeholders can easily understand and adopt.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Support communication, training, and user adoption activities.
  • Develop user guides and enablement materials.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Act as an AI champion across the organisation.

Business Engagement and Analysis

  • Work directly with business users to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities for automation or AI enablement.
  • Support workshops, requirement gathering, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Assist in measuring outcomes such as time saved, adoption, and process improvement.
  • Act as an advocate for AI across Vinarchy, proactively identifying opportunities to transform how work is performed.
  • Track the value delivered through AI adoption through KPIs

Standards, Security and Governance

  • Build solutions in line with defined platform standards, security controls, and data governance policies.
  • Follow established deployment, versioning, and documentation practices.
  • Escalate risks, constraints, or non‑standard requirements to the AI & Automation Platform Manager.

Learning and Capability Development

  • Stay current with evolving AI technologies.
  • Actively contribute to improving delivery practices, templates, and technical patterns.
  • Support knowledge sharing within the automation and AI community.
What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum 2+ years in Automation, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, AI, or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and system connectivity principles.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving technologies.
  • Good understanding of Generative AI, Copilot, AI Agents, and intelligent automation technologies.
  • Working knowledge of low-code and no-code technologies, enabling rapid solution development, workflow automation, and business-led innovation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Good business and technology acumen with experience in commercial environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and work calmly under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline desirable but not required.
