Based at our Cherwell Hospital – Banbury, with occasional travel to our Blakelands Hospital – Milton Keynes.

We are looking for people wishing to develop their HR career within a progressive, customer-focused environment. You will be part of our Corporate People Team, providing a first-class front-line HR Advisory service to the business and ensuring that our employee experience is second to none.

What you will do:

  1. Act as a first-line support for general HR queries, providing timely and accurate advice in line with Ramsay HR policy, legislation, and guidance from subject matter experts.
  2. Work within our Workday and Rostering systems to ensure employee details are maintained and employees are paid correctly.
  3. Ensure all employee compliance checks are accurate and up-to-date.
  4. Support the induction process and ensure that new starters have an excellent experience.
  5. Attend formal Employee Relations meetings as company witness and note taker.
  6. Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and maintain sickness absence records.

What you will bring:

  1. Experience of working in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR Advisor capacity – CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.
  2. Confidence and experience working within HR Information Systems. Experience of Workday and/or Allocate Health roster would be ideal.
  3. The ability to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
  4. Experience working in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
