Job summary

Pwe Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an experienced HR Adviser (People Development & Engagement) to drive people initiatives and deliver tangible impact across the business. The role is office-based with a strong on-site presence, partnering with managers and leading key HR projects from recruitment to employee engagement.

You will provide expert HR support, monitor performance, coach managers, and help strengthen talent development while promoting an inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR background with experience across employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers across all departments to strengthen people management practices.
• Support and monitor the completion of one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
• Provide practical HR guidance and coaching to managers.
• Bring structure, accountability, and consistency to performance management activities.
• Own the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy and initiatives.
• Strengthen the Apprenticeship Programme and build a talent pipeline.
