Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a broad interim HR professional to support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You will handle employee relations, recruitment, payroll and engagement activities while driving people initiatives, improving processes and supporting organisational change.

In this role you’ll advise and coach managers, lead on HR projects, and work with iTrent and other HR systems.

Qualifications

  • Previous employee relations or advisory experience.
  • Confident supporting managers with people matters.
  • Experience across recruitment and onboarding.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
  • HR systems experience, ideally iTrent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment activity and improve attraction strategies.
  • Take ownership of payroll processes and associated queries.
  • Act as a key user for HR systems including iTrent.

  • Line manage and develop a People Officer.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across the People function.
