Autism Initiatives seeks an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) to deliver high-standard HR practice across England, Wales and Isle of Man. Based in Bootle, you will empower a team of HR Advisors, provide proactive guidance on complex cases, and lead policy development in line with organisational objectives.

The role requires CIPD Level 7, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple HR issues in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel.

Competenze

• Qualified CIPD Level 7 required.
• Fast paced HR experience with evidence of policy/practice application.
• Strong management and leadership abilities with staff motivation skills.

• Provide professional advice and practical support across sickness, performance, employee relations, diversity and change.
• Lead development of HR policies aligned to organisational goals and equal pay initiatives.
