New Forest District Council (NFDC) is recruiting a permanent HR Administrator to join its busy HR service. The role focuses on administering the Corporate Learning Management System and providing HR admin support across recruitment, job evaluation and records.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of New Forest District Council (NFDC) for a permanent HR Administrator to join their busy and varied HR service.
The primary focus of this role will be to administer the Council's Corporate Learning Management System, while also providing wider HR administrative support across the service. This will include supporting areas such as recruitment, job evaluation and general HR administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong systems and administrative skills.

This is a career progression role. Candidates who fully meet the progression criteria detailed within the Job Description may be eligible for progression to salaries above 27,381 and up to 30,372.
This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week.
Hybrid working is available, with approximately 50% remote working and 50% based at the Council's head office or working across sites within the district.
Working hours are between 08:00 and 17:30, with some flexibility around how these hours are worked, subject to the needs of the business.
