Job summary

VanRath in Belfast is seeking a HR Advisor to join its Human Resources team. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, and a salary of £32-£35k. • Facilitate HR forums and participate in meetings
• Assist with TUPE processes and manage communication during organisational change
• Ensure compliance with legislation and promote best HR practices
