Trinity Hall is seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join the HR team on a fixed-term basis. Based in the Bursarial Office, you will support staff, Fellows and casual workers across the employee lifecycle, reporting to the Director of HR and Senior HR Administrator.
The role is based at our central site, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, for a minimum of 30 hours per week across four to five days, with an initial start in early December and an 11‑month fixed-term contract.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Administrator to join Trinity Hall's HR team on a fixed-term basis. Based within the Bursarial Office, you will work closely with the Director of HR and Senior HR Administrator to deliver accurate and timely support across the employee lifecycle for staff, Fellows and casual workers. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
