Job summary

The University of Cambridge is seeking an HR Administrator within HR Shared Services to handle HR transactional administration across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing of contractual documents, leave, references and payments. Responsibilities

  • Provide HR transactional administration relating to employees' terms and conditions throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Process contractual documentation, leave administration, redundancy calculations, references and related payments.
  • Support ongoing schemes and processes under HR Shared Services (e.g., promotion schemes and reward programs).
  • Help implement and follow documented procedures within the team and contribute to continuous improvement.
