Job summary

Contechs Consulting is seeking an HR Administrator for a 12 Month Contract in Whitley. The role pays £23.60 per hour (Inside IR35 umbrella rate) and requires handling the employee lifecycle and payroll related data.

You will process starters and leavers, prepare contracts, maintain HR systems, and ensure data integrity across audits and reports. Immediate starts available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or shared service environments.

Responsibilities

• Process all employee lifecycle changes including new starters, leavers, transfers, promotions, and contract amendments.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, onboarding packs, and exit documentation.
• Manage offboarding processes including final documentation, equipment returns, and system deactivation and filing employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems.
• Update organisational structures, reporting lines, job titles, and position data.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with audit, payroll, and reporting requirements.
