HR Administrator

Location: On-site, 5 days a week - Peterborough

Salary: Up to £30,000

An exciting opportunity to join the HR team of a well-established manufacturing client based in Peterborough. The business is currently in a transitional phase, offering exposure to various aspects of HR to support your growth and development.

The team is eager to find an individual looking to progress their HR career. CIPD qualification is not essential; however, you must be a competent administrator with excellent attention to detail and a practical, common-sense approach to work.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Act as the first point of contact for all HR enquiries.
  2. Increase HR visibility throughout the business by regular visits to the factory, building relationships with employees in all areas.
  3. Handle all HR administration related to the employee lifecycle.
  4. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  5. Ensure you stay updated on HR policies and procedures.
  6. Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  7. Participate in HR projects.
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent all-round IT and administration skills, ideally within HR or a similar role.
  • Inquisitive with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Highly competent with systems; confident and quick to learn new systems.
  • Proactive with the ability to work autonomously.
