Job description

HR Administrator - 30 hours per week

Salary up to £28,000 FTE

Outskirts of Peterborough - own transport required

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a well-established, collaborative HR team, working in beautiful surroundings.

You will provide daily administrative support to the team to enable the smooth running of the HR department.

If you can offer previous administration experience within a busy and varied environment and would like to step into a HR career, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing high quality administration and reporting support to the HR team
  • Responding to general incoming enquiries to the HR department, professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting the team with issuing written correspondence where required
  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Championing compliance with GDPR from a records perspective
What We’re Looking For:
  • All round IT and administration skills with an excellent knowledge of Excel (including formulas) essential
  • Inquisitive, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Highly competent with systems - must be confident and able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Confident communication skills
