Contract: Permanent

We have a new opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team.

Summary

An excellent opportunity has arisen at ForFarmers for a HR Administrator to join our team in Shepshed, Loughborough on a hybrid basis. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the HR function by ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and administration. You will be responsible for all HR administration, ensuring records, correspondence, and documentation are created and stored in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.

Duties of the Job
  • Creation and distribution of all paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Prepare offer letters and employment terms using Docusign
  • Ensure recruitment compliance checks are completed and logged (e.g., right to work check)
  • Liaise with Line Managers on hire progress
  • Maintain and update HRIS and employee e-files
  • Track employee processes and pass to payroll for processing
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support
  • Support HR projects to enhance employee experience
  • Process maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave requests
  • Input and process admin on HRIS Workday
Skills Required
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Commitment to data privacy and HR compliance
  • Experience with Workday is desirable
