  • Support the onboarding process & reference checks.
  • Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and HR TUPE Coordinator.
  • Maintain and manage the DBS system, ensuring data accuracy and DBS compliance.
  • Support HR and wider business with DBS processes and reporting.

From onboarding new starters to keeping our records in check and supporting employee engagement — you’ll be the go-to for all things admin in HR.

What you’ll be doing…

As HR Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR team, ensuring accurate record-keeping, effective communication, and smooth delivery of HR processes across the organisation.

  • Provide strong administrative support to the HR Service Desk and wider HR team
  • Respond to queries raised by Elior colleagues via email and telephone, and escalating to a HR Advisor as appropriate
  • Complete reference requests in line with Company Policy
  • Support the onboarding process & reference checks
  • Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and HR TUPE Coordinator
  • Maintain and manage the DBS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data, support managers with DBS compliance in line with safeguarding policy, and assist HR and the wider business with DBS processes, including reporting, record updates, and ensuring completion of required risk assessments
  • Support the HR Coordinator, Advisors, and HR Service Desk Team Leader, as well as the wider HR Team, in delivering cross-functional project work, and provide general administration support as and when required

Working pattern: Monday - Friday
