A leading educational institution is seeking a motivated HR Administrator to support its dynamic HR team. The role involves providing essential administrative assistance to HR processes, including managing the pre-employment cycle and coordinating HR meetings. This position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment that values staff development and inclusivity.

We have an opportunity to join our highly motivated and skilled team as an HR Administrator. This role involves providing administrative support to the HR team on a range of HR matters.
The right candidate will be motivated, well organised and able to provide a high quality of administrative support to the HR team and wider school. Your duties will include undertaking the pre-employment cycle, organising and minuting key HR meetings and working on ad hoc requests and duties that the department may be required.
This is a busy department which prides itself on building positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. The ability to work accurately within a fast-paced environment as well as the ability to work with a wide range of people are therefore essential for any successful applicant.
