Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented HR professional ready to take your next step? At Oxera, we’re looking for a skilled HR Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team, providing essential support across all HR workstreams and helping us deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Your Purpose

You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality administrative support to the HR team, working alongside the HR team to ensure smooth execution of all processes across the employee life cycle. From payroll to performance, you'll help ensure everything runs like clockwork.

What You’ll Do

  • Working with all members of the HR team, and collaborating with other teams – such as IT, Internal Communications, and Consultancy Support – to continuously improve the experience individuals have when engaging with HR;
  • Supporting HR administration across multiple jurisdictions in Europe, ensuring local requirements and nuances are understood and respected;
  • Managing the HR requests inbox ensuring all emails are responded to or forwarded in a timely manner;
  • Preparation of paperwork related to offers of employment, contracts, amendments to terms and conditions, and reference requests;
  • Completion and processing of documentation and administration in relation to starters, changes, and leavers, including managing the probation review process;
  • Facilitating an effective onboarding process for all new starters using the agreed process, including administering the Buddy scheme;
  • Providing training to new starters on the HR tools and systems;
  • Administration and maintenance of employee records and the HR tools and systems (such as Access) in an effective manner;
  • Producing regular and ad-hoc reports using the HR tools and systems;
  • Provide general HR advice and guidance to Partners, line managers, and employees in line with company policies and procedures;
  • Recording and escalating individual queries as necessary;
  • Carrying out other reasonable tasks as requested by the HR Officer, HR Coordinator, Senior HR Manager, or Head of HR.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all individuals (across different levels, geographies and teams);
  • A passion for providing quality services;
  • Ability to work independently and using initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude;
  • Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to work to deadlines;
  • Excellent knowledge of English grammar, spelling and punctuation;
  • A desire to build strong relationships with all colleagues firmwide.
  • Demonstrable experience of generalist HR activities;
  • IT literate with experience of using HR databases.
  • While not a requirement, the ability to speak and write fluently in French or Italian (highly desirable) or German or Dutch (desirable) would be an advantage
  • Part-CIPD qualified (desirable)
