Job Description:

If you are looking to kick-start your graduate career in HR, this is for you.

A reputable insurance company is seeking a recent graduate for an exciting opportunity to join their human resources department.

Joining a diverse and exciting role, you will receive excellent training and support from day one to enable you to embark on a long-term career within the team.

You will be involved in a broad range of activities, including:

  • Internal recruitment: managing the process from writing job ads, conducting interviews, and writing contracts to onboarding new hires.
  • Onboarding and training plans for new recruits to help kick-start their careers.
  • General administration of sick leave, maternity/paternity/parental leave, holidays, etc.
  • Participating in business-wide projects and facilitating their success through internal communication.

You will have the opportunity to undertake further qualifications and training, work remotely twice a week, and access a discretionary bonus opportunity.

What Are We Looking For?

  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in HR, business, or a related subject with relevant modules or experience.
  • Some level of office-based experience is preferred; HR experience (internships, placements, etc.) is advantageous but not necessary.
  • The ability to interview and start ASAP.
