Bacon’s College is part of the United Learning South East London Cluster, serving four schools: Bacon’s College, Sedgehill Academy, The John Roan School, and Connisborough College. We seek a qualified, vibrant, and committed HR Administrator to join the team under the line management of the Cluster HR Manager. The role involves HR administrative duties such as recruitment, safeguarding checks, absence management, and payroll administration, ensuring smooth processes and effective communication with stakeholders.

You should have a friendly and professional manner, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels. Attention to detail in data input and report generation for senior leaders and governors is essential. You will join a supportive, hardworking team dedicated to providing excellent service to our schools.
