Role & Responsibilities
We are recruiting a full-time experiencedHR Administratorreporting
to the HR Director and supporting the HR Manager. The role will manage the full
range of HR administration and initiatives, & provide the highest standards
of people care & service to both the business & its people.
Key aspects of the role include:
· Proactive
response to employee queries about annual leave accruals and records, changing
personal details, payslips, reference letters and staff meal vouchers
· Managing
People systems updates, and accuracy
· Overseeing
all onboarding and offboarding steps
· Preparing
weekly reports on absences, visa expiry, student hours, starters and leavers
· Organising
induction sessions and sending invites to complete online training
· Preparing
payroll summaries
· Working
closely with site management to ensure all training sessions are complete and
all relevant records are provided
· Support HR
Manager with any ongoing projects, and attend recruitment events, presenting
during the induction sessions
The position will be based in the Head office with occasional
travel to the restaurant locations, which are all located in Central London.
What we are looking for:
· A strong
London based Administrator who has a keen interest in the HR profession
· CIPD
qualified or would like to achieve a qualification via the apprenticeship route
as part of the role
· Meticulous
attention to detail
· Team
player and a true people`s person
· Strong
communication skills, verbal, written and professional phone call manner
This is a full-time, office based position, Monday to Friday
– 41.25 hours per week. Our Head Office is based near Marble Arch, W1.
