Job summary

mlr legal recruitment is seeking an HR Administrator in the Lancashire area to join a busy HR team. This role offers a competitive salary and a clear path for career development within a fast-paced environment.

You will support managers with day-to-day HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding and employee lifecycle processes, maintain accurate records, prepare contracts, manage probation reviews and assist with employee relations matters.

Qualifications

  • HR administration experience required
  • CIPD qualification or A-Level standard is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills essential
  • Confident, proactive and professional demeanor required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred
