HR Administrator
Location: Ipswich (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join a growing HR team. This role will play a key part in delivering a seamless employee experience by providing efficient HR administration, supporting HR systems, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with a variety of people-focused processes across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- - Provide HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.
- - Produce contracts, offer letters and other employment-related documentation.
- - Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new starters have the equipment, system access and support they need.
- - Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems in a timely manner.
- - Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring information is accurate and submitted on time.
- - Respond to employee and manager queries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- - Produce HR reports and assist with data analysis, audits and compliance checks.
- - Ensure all HR records and processes remain compliant with company policies, GDPR and employment legislation.
- - Support HR projects, process improvements and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
- - Build strong working relationships with employees, managers and key stakeholders across the business.
About You
- - Previous experience in a HR support, HR coordination or HR operations environment.
- - Sound knowledge of HR procedures and the employee journey from onboarding through to leaving.
- - Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
- - Able to manage a busy workload, prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- - Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- - Awareness of UK employment law and data protection requirements.
- - CIPD Level 3 qualification, or currently studying towards a higher CIPD level, would be beneficial.
- - Experience working with HR platforms and databases; exposure to Workday would be an advantage.
