Job summary

VERO HR Limited is seeking a HR Assistant to support compliance and a full HR administration function for its Peterborough base. The role covers onboarding, issuing offer packs and letters, managing leavers, benefits, and payroll communication, plus handling policy queries and monthly data analysis.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to forge strong relationships.

• Proficiency in the use of IT.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and issuing job offer packs and onboarding checks.
• Preparing and issuing letters confirming contractual changes.
• Managing the off-boarding process of leavers.
• Administering employee benefits such as life assurance.
• Working closely with payroll to communicate changes.
• Handling employee and line manager policy queries.
• Providing data analysis for monthly management reports.
