Job summary

Vero HR is seeking a System Implementation Coordinator in the Peterborough area. You will help implement, configure and support HR systems for UK and international clients, with training and ongoing client queries as you grow your knowledge.

Ideal candidates come from HR admin or related roles and have a genuine interest in how software and HR processes work. Training and development are provided, and you will work Monday to Friday, within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and confidence to work with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with implementation, configuration and ongoing support of HR systems.
• Assist with system setup, data preparation, testing and troubleshooting.
• Work with colleagues and clients to understand requirements and identify practical solutions.
• Support system demonstrations, user training and client queries as knowledge grows.
• Help maintain accurate system and project documentation.
• Support multiple client projects and progress tasks to deadlines.
• Look for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
