Job summary

The West Brom is seeking an HR Admin Team Leader to steer the HR administration function in a hybrid role based in West Bromwich. You will manage end-to-end HR processes, maintain HR systems and records, and provide frontline support to colleagues and managers while guiding a team of HR Administrators.

Ideal candidates will have HR administration experience, supervisory skills, and CIPD-level qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience of HR administration processes and employee lifecycle.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience in HR is desirable.
• Payroll experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR administration processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and administer HR systems and employee records including payroll.
• Provide first-line HR support to colleagues and managers via multiple channels.
• Lead and develop the HR Administration team with regular check-ins and supervision.
