Chesterfield Poultry in Doncaster is seeking an HR Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, GDPR compliance, data accuracy, timesheets, and liaise with health clinics. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in an HR administrative role.
• Knowledge of UK employment law principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Mansioni

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (advertising roles, shortlisting, interview coordination).
• Prepare offer letters, contracts of employment, and onboarding documentation.
• Conduct right-to-work checks in line with UK Visas and Immigration guidelines.
• Coordinate induction programmes for new starters, including factory-based employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems in line with UK GDPR.
