Job summary

Serco Group Plc, on behalf of the Home Office, manages the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC). The role focuses on delivering services to Service Users in their Accommodation Area, with monthly property inspections to meet contractual standards and welfare support and signposting.

You will respond to requests via the AIRE Services, report incidents, and help ensure safety and compliance. A valid UK driving licence is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of working in a service environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of communication skills.
• Knowledge/experience of working within a property related environment.
• Strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of core Service User support services under the contract.
• Provide inductions for new Service Users to IA and explain services, facilities, and procedures.
• Respond to requests for assistance via the AIRE Services and manage incidents.
• Complete monthly IA inspections to ensure standards and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain safety, security, and safeguarding procedures for Service Users.
• Assist with day-to-day IA operations including registers, post, reception.
