Job summary

Serco is seeking a Housing Officer for the AASC Liverpool contract. This full-time position (40 hours per week) involves a rota including nights and weekends and requires a valid UK driving licence.

You will deliver essential support to Service Users and maintain property standards within the initial accommodation, conducting monthly inspections and coordinating welfare signposting. You will manage service user inductions, respond to requests, and report incidents to ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills demonstrated in service environments.

• IT literacy including MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage conflict and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core Service User support services as per the contract.
• Provide inductions to Service Users about IA and available services.
• Respond to requests and incidents raised via the AIRE Services.
• Complete monthly IA inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Manage access for suppliers, visitors and maintenance teams.
• Ensure safety and safeguarding procedures are followed.
