You will join the Business Support team to provide technical support across Housing and Public Protection services. The post requires experience in a busy frontline setting, strong IT skills, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy front-line, customer-focused environment.
• Good IT skills with Word, Excel and MIS experience.
• Clear communication, both written and oral, with presentations experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from Customer Services Centre and public.
• Process back-office statutory tasks and grants as needed.
• Record and escalate service requests within defined standards.
