Job summary

Papworth Trust is seeking a senior Housing Manager to lead the Housing Management Team, ensuring residents receive effective support while building sustainable tenancies and thriving communities. • An experienced housing professional with strong experience in social housing management and tenancy management.
• Understanding of the needs of disabled and vulnerable residents.
• Knowledge of relevant legal processes related to housing management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Housing Management Team, supervising Housing Officers and the Tenancy Sustainment Officer.
• Ensure the Customer Charter and service standards are delivered and respond to complaints.
• Support sustainable homes and communities through tenancy management and proactive approaches to antisocial behaviour.
• Oversee homes, income and resources, including voids, lets, rent and service charges, arrears and budgets.
• Collaborate with residents, authorities and partner organisations to continually improve the Housing service.
