Job summary

Think Community Care is recruiting experienced support workers to assist individuals in supported accommodation in Rugby and Nuneaton, with shifts from 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am. The role offers permanent and contract positions with pay between £14.85 and £16.74 per hour.

Applicants should have at least 12 months UK housing-related support experience; a current DBS on the update service and up-to-date mandatory training are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Support Worker in the UK in a housing-related role.
• Current DBS on the online update service would be an advantage.
• Up-to-date mandatory training would also be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Working in a supported accommodation, helping vulnerable people with housing-related challenges as well as life challenges.
• You will be covering locations in Rugby & Nuneaton.
• You will hit the ground running and follow a caseload as well as conduct risk assessments.
