Job summary

Credence Care in Rugby is seeking a friendly Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs live independently and engage with the community.

You’ll work weekend rosters (7am–5pm), part-time 20 hours per week, with full training provided and ongoing development opportunities.

No prior experience required; we value a kind attitude, reliability, and a willingness to support with personal care and daily tasks.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; attitude matters.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Genuine passion for helping others.
• Flexibility to work a rota including alternate weekends.
• Driving licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with everyday living and personal goals.
• Encourage independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion.
• Help people access community activities, appointments, and social opportunities.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
• Assist with household tasks such as cooking, budgeting, and light domestic duties.
• Support with medication where required.
• Keep clear and accurate records in line with care plans.
• Work as part of a friendly, supportive team.
• Provide personal care when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in improving people’s lives. You will:

• Support individuals with everyday living and personal goals
