Job summary

LATCH is looking for Housing Support Workers in Leeds to join a friendly team. You will manage a caseload of tenants with complex needs, helping them maintain tenancies, access benefits and progress toward independent living.

You will build supportive relationships, plan with tenants, and transport as required with a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience providing support to adults with complex needs.
• Ability to assess housing and support needs and develop outcomes.
• Knowledge of welfare rights and benefits is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete housing and support needs assessments and contribute to housing offers.
• Develop and review individual support plans using the Outcomes Star.
• Help tenants manage tenancies, budgeting and access benefits.
• Support access to community activities, volunteering, training and employment.
