Mears Group is seeking a Housing Support Officer in East Renfrewshire to assist asylum seekers through the Home Office right to work process. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a company vehicle and fuel card or a £3,500 car allowance.

You will provide practical and emotional support, monitor wellbeing, and keep records up to date for Home Office audits. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience working with vulnerable and diverse client groups.
• Experience and understanding of safeguarding.
• Ability to identify needs and arrange appropriate support.
• Experience with mental health or challenging behavior.
• Effective communication with colleagues, authorities and service users.
• Record keeping and risk assessments experience.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Resilient and empathetic in client interactions.
• Flexible and willing to travel; full UK driving license.

Responsabilidades
