Job summary

Mears Group is seeking a Housing Support Officer to assist asylum seekers through the Home Office right-to-work application process. You will deliver practical and emotional support, safeguard welfare needs, and maintain records across a portfolio of homes.

Qualifications

• Drive licence is required for field-based work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of homes within assigned region and ensure contractual standards.
• Coordinate moves, move-outs, voids and inspections; monitor KPIs.
• Identify service users’ support needs and arrange appropriate packages with internal and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records for audits, compliance and reporting.
