Job summary

Amplius is seeking candidates for a 6-month fixed-term, full-time role based in Wisbech (with potential to work from Peterborough schemes). You will provide person-centred, housing-related support to help customers build confidence and independence, as part of a supportive team.

The role includes developing and reviewing support plans, helping with tenancy management, and coordinating with partner agencies while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths with Grade 4/C or above and good IT skills.
• Experience providing person-centred support in housing, homelessness or similar setting.
• Understanding safeguarding, wellbeing and challenges faced by diverse support needs.
• Strong communication and listening skills with ability to build positive, non-judgemental relationships.
• Good organisation and administration skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred, housing-related support to help customers build confidence and independence.
• Develop and review support plans and risk assessments with customers.
• Help customers manage their tenancy, including rent, utilities, repairs and maintaining their home.
• Build positive relationships and encourage wellbeing, social inclusion and community involvement.
• Work with partner agencies to coordinate effective support and help customers achieve their goals.
• Keep accurate records, reports and support plans, monitoring progress and outcomes.
• Promote safeguarding, health and safety and equality, while managing risks appropriately.
